Albert Seah is an educator and has been teaching post-secondary for over twenty years. He mainly teaches Business Administration courses, and has directed various university programs and department during the same period. Presently, he is teaching full time at Simon Fraser University's international college on Burnaby campus. His earlier careers included a decade long military service in the Air Force before making a career change to business administration and accounting. His professional experience included positions with major financial institutions and academia. He has also worked in the manufacturing sector for a short period. He was Chief Operations Officer with a window/door frame fabricator, and Senior Director of Business Development of a private university during that time. Albert has travelled extensively throughout South East Asia and Hong Kong speaking in seminars and workshops for the better part of his professional career. Other than teaching post-secondary, he has been very much involved in the real estate industry, having learned from his own experience. Initially, his interest in real estate started as a weekend activity. Sometimes, he would visit open houses and sometimes attend pre-sales presentations. As time passes, this weekend activity with his wife developed into them becoming licensed real estate representatives. At the beginning, they worked with young working professionals and Canadian newcomers but as they gained more experience their clientele became more affluent and diverse. Eventually, this weekend activity turned into another profession. Presently, Albert and his wife provide real estate services to the communities where they live. They have been living, working, and playing in the cities of New Westminster/ Burnaby/ Coquitlam for the past twelve years.
